Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2โ€“5 business days. Some products may require additional production time depending on customization, supplier processing times, and seasonal order volume.

Personalized and made-to-order items may take longer to prepare before shipment.

Shipping Times

After processing, most orders arrive within 3โ€“10 business days depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

The Pynk Room offers a mix of handmade, personalized, and print-on-demand products. Because items may be produced and fulfilled by different partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Pynk Room is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
