At The Pynk Room, we create products designed to help you build your dream gaming setup and express your unique style. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, please review our refund policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style selected by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

The Pynk Room is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • An order cannot be fulfilled

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
